TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The voucher is valid until 31 December 2023.

2. The voucher can be used for any service at Top Medical Clinic, excluding laboratory tests.

3. The voucher can be redeemed only by a first-time user of Top Medical Clinic services.

4. The voucher cannot be used for services covered by another promotion.

5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

6. The expiry date of the voucher cannot be extended.

7. The given voucher is non-refundable.

8. The voucher can only be redeemed at Top Medical Clinic Birmingham.

9. Top Medical Clinic is not responsible for the loss or damage of a voucher after it has been handed over to the Owner.

10. When redeeming the voucher, the Owner/User is not entitled to receive the change if the value of the goods or services received is lower than the value of the voucher.

11. Top Medical Clinic has the right to refuse to redeem the voucher when:

a) The voucher has expired.

b) Damage to the voucher makes it impossible to read the data stored on the voucher.

12. Upon receipt of the voucher, the Owner/User declares that he has read the content of these Regulations, accepts it in its entirety and undertakes to comply with its provisions.

13. Top Medical Clinic reserves the right to change the Regulations. All changes are effective from the date of their introduction by Top Medical Clinic, after the amended Regulations have been made available.

14. The Owner/User accepts these Regulations upon receipt of the voucher.
